This type of raised floor is only supplied with a top coat. It is usually antistatic. Often, the raised floor system is required by specification to be electrically conductive. To do this, a conductive PVC coating is glued onto the panel; all accessories involved in the current diversion circuit: protective edge, gasket, terminal, must be conductive. The current is diverted by means of grounding racks. The room must be grounded at least one rack for every 20 m²

Raised floors for data centers and server rooms are most often produced with an antistatic PVC coating. Industrial raised floors - panels with a thickness of 36mm, 38mm, or 40mm, standard dimensions are 600x600, but there are other panel sizes. Calcium sulphate panels are perfect for technical rooms. They are completely non-flammable and can be flame retardant for up to 60 minutes. Sulphate boards withstand heavy loads.
In the technical raised floor system, stringers and C-profiles can be found. The former are intended for the horizontal stability of the system and partly to increase the bearing capacity. C-profiles, as a rule, are used to increase the bearing capacity of the system, it is convenient to mount heavy equipment on them. The use of stringers or C-profiles is necessary when the height of the clean raised floor system is from 500mm.

Raised floor posts intended for technical rooms are higher than those for office floors. They can be up to 2000mm. Perforated metal ventilation panels are found in data centers, server rooms and some other technical rooms. They are required to cool the equipment.
