Coating features
◉ Tongue-and-groove joints allow you to fasten the plates together by gluing their edges. Thus, a monolithic surface is achieved.
◉ Thanks to this feature, any solid coatings, such as rolled carpet, can be laid on the raised floor.
◉ Access to the underground space in this case is provided in two ways:
1. You can use ordinary panels together with one-piece slabs, laying them in places where access to communications is expected.
2. With the help of special hatches. These can be either simple hatches with covers through which you can access the underground space, or blocks of electrical or network outlets.
Benefits of a one-piece system
The tongue-and-groove design has many useful properties:
1. Quick installation. The time required for a complete installation cycle of the system is lower compared to the standard type of panels.
2. Smooth height adjustment. Thanks to the stepless leveling of the racks, the most accurate installation is possible.
3. The topcoat can be applied almost immediately after the panels have been installed. No additional procedures are required.
4. Fire hazard class NG, which is important for rooms with high requirements, and the need for access to underground space.
5. Good sound insulation.
If you do not plan to use hatches, or other plates instead of tongue-and-groove, you can cut outlet holes directly in the tongue-and-groove panels of a one-piece raised floor.
Characteristics
1. The allowable load can be from 2 to 6 kN.
2. The height of the structure can vary from 38-2000mm.
3. Plates are made in thickness from 24 to 44 mm.
4. The standard distance between the posts is 600x600 mm.
Not only rolled materials are suitable as finishing materials, but also others: various elastic or textile coatings, laminate, LVT tiles, etc. All these materials can be mounted on a one-piece raised floor made of calcium sulfate.
