STORAGE AND INSTALLATION CONDITIONS

• Raised floor panels require careful and careful storage and cannot be stored in warehouses with large temperature fluctuations that water or moisture can penetrate. It is necessary to check each raised floor slab immediately before installation for external mechanical and corrosion damage. Otherwise, complaints and claims will not be accepted, since the structure has already been installed. But this applies only to the case when you order the raised floor parts separately and not from the company that installs and installs these parts. Subfloor preparation

• A drawing (layout) of the raised floor is created, according to which installation work will be carried out. Installation of the material should be carried out in a dry room with a humidity of 40-75% at a temperature of 5-35°C. In the order of work at the facility, lay the raised floor in such a way as not to shift it again. The base for mounting the pedestals must be cleaned with an industrial vacuum cleaner. In some cases, use a primer or dust-removing paint. Check if the paint is compatible with the metalwork.

Other preliminary work

• If communications will be laid under the raised floor system, it is necessary to mark the location of the cable channels and pipes. Wiring of communications should be carried out so that they do not interfere with the installation of pedestals. Their location is also marked on the subfloor with a rectangular grid.

After installation

• In order for the raised floor to serve for a long time, it is important to correctly observe the installation technology of the raised floor and operating conditions. Here are a few main points:
  
  ◉ Once a year, qualified personnel should inspect the structure.
  ◉ In places with high traffic, turn the slabs at least four times a year.
  ◉ If the panel is damaged or deformed, replace it immediately. This also applies to other components of the system.
  ◉ If, after installation, it was necessary to make additional cutouts in the panels, special protective elements must be installed around the perimeter so as not to damage the raised floor system.
